RETURN POLICY:  Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product that you purchased through Frescoskincare.com, you may return the product for a full refund less shipping costs. Return Instructions: We must be notified of all returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please notify us of your return via email at CustomerService@Frescoskincare.com . Please use a trackable and or insured shipping method since we are not responsible for lost return shipments. (Note,return shipping fees are not refundable).

SHIPPING POLICY:  We ship only to the Continental United States. Orders up to $49.99 ship for $3.95 USPS Parcel (regular ground) and $4.95 USPS Priority (2-3 day); Orders $50.00-$74.99 ship for $4.95 Parcel and $5.95 Priority; Orders $75.00 and over ship for free! We do not charge any handling or additional fees. 

"LOST" OR STOLEN PACKAGES:  Frescoskincare.com will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please make sure that you live in a secure area in which your orders/packages can be delivered or left by the mail carrier.  We require delivery confirmation on all orders that leave our facility and are placed for shipment at the US Post Office, but we cannot require a restricted signature confirmation as this option is not available in all areas.  If your order is tracked to show a confirmed delivery at your specified "ship to" address, but you did not receive your package, then you must file a claim with your local post office. Should this occur, please contact our Customer Service Center via email or phone, so we can help provide you with the tracking numbers and assist you with the process.
